Anyone using www.onlinedataentry.com please use www.onlinedataentry.co.uk with immediate effect. The .com version of the site has been used illegally by some con artist in the United States, so we have taken down that version of the site to prevent further issues, we have also changed the wording on the .co.uk version of the online data entry web site to make it obvious what the site is for and who its aimed at. None of your data has been accessed as that was not the intention of the con artists. Read more »

You can now have a facebook like button added to your property details, even if you dont use facebook many viewers to your web site will do, and so will your vendors! On average each vendor has 140 friends, for each one of those people that click like on one of your properties 140 of thier friends are informed of that property, for each one of those additional friends that also like the property another 140 get to see it. That way your getting your brand name out to the wider public via your web site visitors and Facebook. This really is a no brainer if you wnat to survive in the modern age! over half the UK population use facebook, so dont miss out on this fantastic marketing platform. To see a sample property with this facebook link click on this link http://search.issl.co.uk/detailsLite.aspx?chainid=1565&propertyid=467070982 We can update your property details page to allow facebook integration for a one off fee of £45+VAT Please email support@issl.co.uk if you wish to update your details, or use the support system at http://support.issl.co.uk Read more »

As from this week all estate agent customers with ISSL are able to use a feature to promote Prestige/Premium/Select/Posh/Stand Out (what ever your terminology is) on your own web site. There is some work for us to create modify the web site listings for you, this is in two parts, the results page and the details page, within results these properties can be highlighted in any way you want so they stand out, the details page can be totally customized to make it stand out from the other properties also. There is a monthly fee of £10+vat for the functionality, plus a one off design fee starting at £45+vat one of our designers will work with you to come up with the design. From within jakx this is very easy to implement you just select the prestige value to yes (premium value on latest version of jakx) This functionality is designed to help agents offer the vendor a little extra (with an up front fee!) and will work really well with audio tours as part of a package. For an idea of what we could do for you have a look at the following like where you will see a your-move premier property part way down the page, you could have something similar on your own web site. http://www.your-move.co.uk/property-for-sale/london/plumstead.html
