As from this week all estate agent customers with ISSL are able to use a feature to promote Prestige/Premium/Select/Posh/Stand Out (what ever your terminology is) on your own web site.

There is some work for us to create modify the web site listings for you, this is in two parts, the results page and the details page, within results these properties can be highlighted in any way you want so they stand out, the details page can be totally customized to make it stand out from the other properties also.

There is a monthly fee of £10+vat for the functionality, plus a one off design fee starting at £45+vat one of our designers will work with you to come up with the design.

From within jakx this is very easy to implement you just select the prestige value to yes (premium value on latest version of jakx)

This functionality is designed to help agents offer the vendor a little extra (with an up front fee!) and will work really well with audio tours as part of a package.

An issue with our FTP server was identified over the last 12 hours which may have affected your upload to PropertyLive.co.uk.
